Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between annexe 3bis and a hotel booking?
The first is an official undertaking by a Belgian resident, validated at the town hall; the second is only an accommodation booking. One cannot replace the other.
Can you guarantee the visa?
No. The decision belongs solely to the consulate. Our role is to help you prepare an organized, complete application based on the requirements published by the competent authorities.
What happens if I am refused?
