Frequently asked questions

Does a Polish work permit allow working across Europe?

No. It allows work only for the named employer in Poland; travel within Schengen is for tourism, not work.

Can you guarantee the visa?

No. The decision belongs solely to the consulate. Our role is to help you prepare an organized, complete application based on the requirements published by the competent authorities.

What happens if I am refused?

We analyse the stated grounds for refusal with you and prepare either an appeal or a new file addressing the weak points.

How long does file preparation take?

7 to 12 days after the work permit is received.
