Processing steps
- We receive your request and carry out a first assessment of your situation.
- We build the required-document list and guide you while you gather them.
- We review and organise the file and prepare the forms before submission.

Documents by destination and visa categoryCancellation and refund conditions
- A request can be cancelled free of charge before work on the file has actually started.
- Once preparation has started, the work already delivered is due and is not fully refundable.
- Embassy, visa-centre and third-party fees are not refundable by RMDS Visa.
- A visa refusal does not entitle you to a refund of the file-processing fee.
